TURN AROUND TIME

  • Shipping time is from 2-5 working days in the US.
  • International shipping time from 5-10 working days.

* Please note that the production time for 2D printed products is faster than for embroidered products. Printed products will be given priority for early shipment compared to embroidered products.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly (click here).
  • Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.
  • Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number.
